Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel your order after the 24-hour window, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and the customer must follow our return policy for a refund. If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, Wottes will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
Processing And Shipping Time
Typically, orders take 1-3 business days to process and 4-8 days to ship. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If your order is successfully canceled, we will initiate the refund process within 7-9 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
